An old and powerful lone vampire who long ago separated herself from her own kind, Lavinia is known for her large collection of hounds; her ability to break and tame werewolves, even make them love her is almost legendary among the vampire race, and her ‘work’ is easily recognisable by others of her own kind. Seen by many as a vindictive, sadistic vampire, there is more to Lavinia than meets the eye, and some might say that all she wants from her hounds is their love and devotion. Her methods may be brutal, downright terrifying, but the loyalty and power of her own private pack is absolute.

His methods are vicious and his attention to detail is impeccable; Sulien brands each and every one of his wolves, and his mark is immediately recognisable to other vampires. Sulien is an old vampire, and therefore dangerous. He always gets what he wants, and he hates to lose.
