Set in Los Angeles, California, in 2006, Brutality is home to werewolves, pack and rogue alike, vampires and humans, including a select handful who have abilities of their own. The humans, for the most part, are ignorant to the sinister, supernatural underbelly of not only their city, but their world; the werewolves are everywhere. They have dominated the supernatural world, destroying the power that the vampires once held, scattering and disbanding all the major covens and keeping them from reforming, continuing to remind them of their place in the world.
But despite their reputation, what Hollywood and fiction has twisted them into, many werewolves are peaceful, compassionate and even loving creatures, who only want to live their lives and do so without trouble. But with tensions in the packs and countless rogues, werewolf and vampire alike, that’s easier said than done.
